Catch Up!

Just about a month ago we had a visit from Matt's parents. Unfortunately their visit was a short one. But a short visit is better than no visit at all!! I told Matt's mom that I didn't realize how much I had missed them until they came to visit. While they were here we did a Trolley Tour of Boston and it was great! Learned a bunch of interesting facts that we had not heard before and got to see some areas he had not yet explored. One interesting fact is that Boston is mostly made from landfill!! (I can't remember the exact percentage but is was big..)


We also had a weekend visit 2 weeks ago from my Cousin Christy. Christy is a physical therapist and recently signed up with a traveling company and accepted a job about and hour from Boston! Matt served as the tour guide while she visited and we did some relaxing too. It was a great to get to see Christy and spend a few days with her. Growing us we usually just saw eachother 2 times a year.


In just 3 weeks we will be heading to Alabama for a visit!!! We are going back for a long weekend to celebrate mine and Julie's birthdays. It wouldn't be a birthday if I couldn't have my birthday with my family. (even though the celebration will be a little late) I am also looking forward to going somewhere a little warmer! It is starting to get cold here!! We are planning on doing some shopping next weekend to get prepaired for the winter...especially since we do lots of walking around here!
