Back To Work

On Monday I started orientation for my new job!! Although it has been nice to have a break, I am ready to go back to work. Nothing really to tell about the job yet since the beginning of orientation is just general Hospital information. Will find out later this week when I will be starting with a preceptor in the ER!!

Good-bye Hair

Can you guess what I did today?? It is a little shorter than I had originally planned but I think I am going to like it! It will be VERY nice not having sooo much hair this summer. Almost everyday since we have moved I have had my hair up in some way or another.... it is HOT here!!

Our First Visitors!

About a week ago Valerie, Sam, and Heather (Sam's sister who is taking this picture...) came to visit!! They were on vacation with their family for 4th of July and were about 2 hours from us so they made a side trip. We went exploring a little downtown but unfortunately our time outdoors was cut a little short because of rain. FORTUNATELY.... we found a bar to wait out the rain! :) We also tried a few restaurants that Matt and I had not yet been to. Fun times....
